Our team works intensely and has lots of fun. Typically, Senior Associates will support 2-4
projects at a time, leading research and analysis and working collaboratively with Consultants
and Directors to create, innovative solutions to the big challenges clients are asking us to help
them solve. The projects a Senior Associate works on vary in issue areas and engagement
types like, strategic planning, implementation support, leadership development and
community collaboration. In addition to project work, you will participate in trainings and cross-
project learnings and contribute to how we evolve and codify our shared understanding of
client’s needs and solutions. In a typical month, we have brown bag lunch conversation with
subject matter experts, share examples on how we live our values, and celebrate a client’s big

ProInspire Fellow Role Overview:
As the Data Analytics Manager, you’ll be our subject matter expert on all things analytical. You’ll spearhead the advancement of data systems and infrastructure, develop user-friendly methods and models to promote a culture of data sharing, partner with client teams to plan and execute actionable analysis, and manage data needs across the organization.
This role is a dual external/internal position – on the client-facing side, you’ll be spending about 50% of your time on data-heavy engagements, and you’ll split your internal time between Learning & Impact work (40% of time) and Operations support (10% of time). Please note that these time allocations are estimates, and will likely shift based on the firm’s needs at any given time, as well as your own interest and experience.

and results to audiences of varying levels of analytical comfort 

You’re a total Excel whiz who thinks in “ifs”, “ands”, and “thens”
  • Pivot tables 

  • Vlookups/Hlookups 

  •  Advanced nested formulas 

  • Significant tool design experience 

  •  Familiarity with VBA and macros 

You’re an expert at using data to solve problems
  • Outstanding critical and analytical thinking 

  • Relentless focus on the “so what?” 

  • Track record of using data to identify actionable insights 

  • Track record of making data more effective for stakeholders 

  • Deep statistical knowledge and predictive analytics experience 

  • Evaluation/assessment experience strongly preferred 

You quickly and accurately display data and insights in a user-friendly and meaningful way
·       Expert data visualizer eager to design own creations and guide others in best practices 

·       Tableau experience a major plus 

·       Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to tell a story with the data strongly desired

Additional Information 
The Data Analytics Manager reports to the Director of Learning and Impact.
The position is based in Washington, DC. Occasional travel may be required for client engagements and conferences.
