Partner Organization: Community Wealth Partners

Fellowship Role: Data Analytics Manager

Organization Overview:
Community Wealth Partners helps nonprofits and foundations accelerate progress on solving social problems at the magnitude they exist. Our clients, who are our partners, are not satisfied with incremental change; they are driven by the belief that social problems, including poverty and hunger, can be solved. Our people share that belief and are motivated by the opportunity to tackle complex issues every day through projects that help clients identify different strategies to make an impact, determine how to implement those strategies and build capacity of organizations and communities in the nonprofit sector. As the for-profit consulting arm of the national nonprofit, Share Our Strength, we bring the successful practices of one of the nation’s leading anti-hunger and anti-poverty organizations to hundreds of change agents nationwide.

Our team works intensely and has lots of fun. Typically, Senior Associates will support 2-4
projects at a time, leading research and analysis and working collaboratively with Consultants
and Directors to create, innovative solutions to the big challenges clients are asking us to help
them solve. The projects a Senior Associate works on vary in issue areas and engagement
types like, strategic planning, implementation support, leadership development and
community collaboration. In addition to project work, you will participate in trainings and cross-
project learnings and contribute to how we evolve and codify our shared understanding of
client’s needs and solutions. In a typical month, we have brown bag lunch conversation with
subject matter experts, share examples on how we live our values, and celebrate a client’s big
announcement.
